
The so called 'elitist' in-house staffers may oppose the plan, but to be in tune with times when web2.0 and social networking efforts get multi millions from angel investors, ABC TV network will go beyond its usual internal factual and documentary production thus accepting more content from outside producers. The key here are, flexibility and responsiveness, opined the chief executive of Southern Star, Hugh Marks. The debate has already begun on whether children show like 'Fluffy Farmyard' should be produced or retained in house. ABC staffs are fuming over the managing director, Mark Scot as one of his directors commented that ABC would be doing less internal production.
