
After putting in $80 million to create an exhaustive IT infrastructure for Sears following a 10 years outsourcing deal, CSC wants its money back. Because Sears wants to opt out of the contract which would have been worth $1.6 billion if completed in favor of CSC, nation's one of top three information technology provider. How things get changed. Former Sears CIO Gerald Kelly signed the 10-year deal in 2004 between Sears and CSC and was ousted very next year.
