He feels that the trend of sending higher level jobs to rural US also stand on similar grounds like employees with strong work ethics, low wages and flexible hours.

British outsourcing firm Williams Lea is getting sensitive works like transcribing depositions and processing legal documents done from the district. The British firm considers Wheeling as a strategic onshore alternative center which offers services at or near client's offices and overseas.
