
TCS is no exception, Indian IT and BPO majors are increasingly taking workforce from other parts of the world on board. It's a move by Indian multinationals to lessen the risks of global outsourcing and banking on broadening their language base (languages other than English) so to offer clients many options along with near shore variable. Tata has already set up development centers in time zones that are closer to its major markets. They plan to hire people who are proficient Spanish, Portuguese, German or French speakers.
