More than focusing on technology and quantitative variables next wave of outsourcing will consider qualitative factors like cultural compatibility and business values of the service providers. While delivering a speech at the Outsourcing Conference 2006 in Singapore, Kim Yen Suan, senior executive, KPMG says that the latest survey from the firm finds that to achieve a win-win arrangement both the service providers and the enterprise obtain more transparent approach. 

Read: more cautious, as if earlier all went all gung ho.

 
What's interesting, contrary to popular belief, the study says that some call centers and other clients are taking back IT functions back home like IT strategy and architecture processes, network management and application development etc.
