 Poland is chosen over these countries due to its low operation costs, availability of quality talent, better tech support, little transport cost and above all, governmental support. Government support also includes fiscal incentives. Earlier, HCL has set up the biggest outsourcing company in Ireland. More than 1640 people work there and most of them are British.
