Hi, I am Krishanu alias Krissy, contributing author for BpoTiger. Outsourcing has always fascinated me and may be that’s the reason I took up ‘outsourcing and ROI’ as my dissertation theme for the mandatory fulfillment of the masters in communication degree. That was in 2001. This very idea, of global orientation of economics and cumulatively disappearing international trade barriers plunked my attention. And since then spent a lot of my time in understanding, analyzing and writing reports, contents, white papers, case studies, newsletters (for internal n external customers spread across the globe) for lot of variables and process oriented practices on the industry.

Have been associated with Convergys, WNS and Accenture. The role ranges from corporate communication to research and analysis.
