It must be a deliberate move from the largest private bank from India, that is to alienate its outsourcing wing from the flagship brand, after all one was getting the flank for others even in the foreign market.
ICICI Onesource is rebranding itself as Firstsource Solutions Ltd. The company has already filed Draft Red Herring Prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Over the last four years it has trekked from heights to mountains and has grown up significantly in size and capabilities. A CAGR of 74.4% is only indicative to the facts that it serves to 60 customers, which includes 13 Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies. The company houses more than 9,000 employees with 17 delivery centers across India, US, UK and Argentina. Earlier this year, then ICICI OneSource had announced of recruiting 6000 call center employees in Derry's Northland Road, UK.
