Outsourcing has really been changing in the past one year. The business is poised to experience wave of new changes as demands from clients have changed globally and newer ideas are implemented worldwide. During a recent event of industry heads to discuss the strategies on how to take Indian outsourcing industry to the next level of growth, some leading lights of the industry unveiled their view. Pramod Bhasin, CEO of Genpect, a GE wing, emphasized that organizations would have to take creative steps to expand their cost advantage as far as possible.
He further said that they will have to encourage their customers to outsource mission critical activities, risk mitigation jobs and core jobs.
