Research and Markets has unveiled the report on "Assessment of the South Korean Contact Center Market" the other day. The report states that benefits like reduced Costs and flexibility will drive outsourcing of contact centers in the Asia Pacific Contact Center Markets. Now is that something astounding, I wonder. An analyst of the study says, "Asia Pacific always had the advantage of a lower cost structure compared to the United States and the United Kingdom, however, there is a growing trend of offshoring between countries in Asia Pacific that is expected to quicken the pace of these markets."
That's true, Philippines is aggressively marketing itself and coming out as one of the leaders. Taiwan, Sri Lanka and even Pakistan are also trying to get their name planted on the BPO map.
