Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) has signed a multi-year ATM outsourcing project with NCR Corporation. In a press relase it informs that NCR under the contract will keep vigil over ADCB's ATM estate on a 7x24x365 basis by deploying advanced industry-leading tools and processes from Gasper. Gasper is recognized as the world's leader in self-service management. NCR through these tools will remotely monitor ADCB's entire ATM network. It will also proactively identify any events that may impact system performance. When such an event is detected, NCR immediately takes steps (based on agreed-upon business rules) to quickly resolve the issue before it affects ATM availability.
The bank will have access to NCR service and Incident Management Dash Boards. These two web-based portals will provide real-time information relating to the availability and performance of their ATMs. This information will help ADCB better manage their ATM network to better support specific events like holidays, salary days or exhibitions that typically drive increased ATM usage.
