Barlow Lyde & Gilbert is set for a new makeover. Well lots of new things are on the anvil as the restructuring and expansion of the commercial litigation team goes all along with the sprucing up of the very recently scrapped outsourcing practice. It is also into poaching and quite surprisingly snatched senior executive from Latham & Watkins and took him on board as commercial and technology outsourcing partner. It seems like it kind of reestablishing its outsourcing practice. As part of the rebuilding, old employees are also coming back. The firm has appointed a brand new partner to its commercial litigation practice. Allen & Overy associate Maurice Kenton left the firm six years ago.
