BSN Medical GmbH, a medical products manufacturer from Germany has selected Unisys for a five year long IT outsourcing contract which is worth $35 million. Unisys, worldwide IT consulting services and solution company will deliver BSN Medical complete suite of information technology services. The services will also include SAP and non-SAP systems solutions, local area and wide area networking and messaging even. Add to that, Unisys' desktop services support along with a user helpdesk to support BSN Medical employees.

On reason behind selecting Unisys, Reinhard Quante, CIO of BSN Medical said that BSN was looking for an IT services partner which have a proven global presence and a dedication to local service delivery.
