EquaTerra's quarter four Outsourcing Pulse Survey predicts that a big demand growth is not prevalent in the overall process outsourcing (BPO) and IT outsourcing market. Almost half of the company's advisors felt that the demand level may be up but showed 13 percent decrease from 3Q06 and 4Q05. It has been noted that the constant BPO supplier capacity constraints along with more multi sourcing leads to smaller and less visible deals. It may look like the market is not heading at a scorching growth but its not declining either. It's only that buyers have become more prudent, sophisticated and selective.
