In line with Accenture's big Indian plan comes Kimberly-Clark Corp's seven year LONG outsourcing contract for its human resource service. Kimberly-Clark Corp, the maker of Kleenex tissues and Huggies diapers has been wanting to cut costs on its human resource since July 2005. It wanted to do so to compensate the high costs of energy and raw materials such as pulp.
Accenture, the Bermuda based consulting company will will provide Kimberly-Clark with HR and admin services in the areas of payroll administration, recruitment, workforce reporting, training, employee data management and development. Also, Accenture will integrate superior human resources portal which will deliver Kimberly-Clark's workforce with on-line some benefit services.
