When the leading names of software and information technology finds it difficult to retain employees, when attrition level is reaching all time heights, Russia's leading software outsourcing company Luxoft managed to achieve 94% attrition rates. Luxoft, delivers IT outsourcing services to companies like IBM, Dell, Deutsche Bank and T-Mobile amongst others. Luxoft has close to 2000 employees in Russia and other global locations. The company has also received "Best Employer of Russia" award which was delivered by Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Coordination Council of the Russian Employers' Associations, the International Business Support Foundation, and the Rating Analytical Agency.
