Its Eastern Europe who is poised to gain most from the next wave of outsourcing. McKinsey and Co predicts that outsourcing will industry will create 1,30,000 jobs in the region by next couple of years. The reasons that go its way are low wage levels that are even comparable to India. Seems like low inflation rate (India is experiencing big periodical inflations) will keep the countries economically competitive at least for next 15 years. And compared to other low cost and yet to develop countries Eastern Europe is less war prone also. The region also has reliable infrastructural set up which are already in place.
