
Well, outsourcing does not always necessarily mean jobs fly down from Europe, US and Australia to developing and underdeveloped cheap labor countries. If National Outsourcing Association's (NOA) annual survey finding is to be believed, UKites will find reasons enough to smile as this year Business Process Outsourcing as an industry will take giant strides in UK. Does that mean it will generate more jobs inside the country? The report is not candid on that but it seems like mean that only.
It has more found that 2007 will also be a year where it will see continued rise of standardization of outsourcing solutions as industry users are demanding more standardized best industry solutions
Recently in another study NOA found that 90% of managers think issues like contract enforcement, the protection of intellectual property rights and data protection are more relevant to their business processes than laws relating to the transfer of staff and executives.
