The new division will include Program and System Engineering, Siemens Information Systems, Development Innovation and Projects, and Business Innovation Center. Siemens will now be able to offer its clients bundled comprehensive and complex systems and services from a unified source. Among others outsourcing has accounted for nearly 60% of sales. The Siemens group manufacturers an extensive range of electrical and electronic products which currently accounts for around 40 percent of SIS revenue The SIS group president Christoph Kollatz oversees a global workforce of around 43,000 people.
