Along with Russia outsourcing market of Ukraine has been also growing at a steady rate for last five years. The big percent of IT and software products from Ukraine is being exported to USA and Western Europe.  In 2006 the country has seen export growth rate of 60% and achieved a whopping $280 million. IDC, the consulting firm suggest that- "Ukrainian Information Technology market is expected to grow 15-17% and reach $2.4-2.5 million in 2007. It means that outsourcing service market is going to maintain its stable growth." Though developer's wage and general pricing increased significantly software development costs are still very much competitive to US and Europe customers.
