Business Process Outsourcing News and Information

Contrary to the widespread belief that outsourcing practices actually will bring more good to countries, most US top executives (who earn $100k) are scared of the phenomenon.  The recent survey by The Ladders indicates that outsourcing may will leave America with serious negative effects and business in broad may get the ire of it over long term.

 

The study found

 

 

43% felt outsourcing to Asia would "ultimately cause the demise of American business." (big negative perception on outsourcing)

2. 24% felt outsourcing to Asia was "a reasonable solution to high U.S. labor costs". (Now that's quite contrary to the first point.)

3. 23% felt outsourcing was the "only way American companies can compete in a global business economy." (Its positive too)

4. 9% state that outsourcing jobs to Asia was "morally wrong". (Shades a negative)
