After bagging the best IT outsourcing award in 2005 Eclipsys this year also has snatched the title from the research firm KLAS Enterprises. According to the study done by KLAS Enterprise, the firm last year also got away with top ranking in customer satisfaction of healthcare outsourcing services.
The most amazing part (and I am sure most satisfying too) of the study is when 100% (yes, that means all of them) of Eclipsys clients said that they would come to it for future projects and will recommend its name to others also. In the days of extreme disloyalty this kind of data (this is actually more than mere data, we can call it ‘relationship’) will certainly make each and every employee of Eclipsys feel amazingly good.
