When the news was first leaked, that British Telecom (BT) will undertake international financial service group Credit Suisse’s overburdened and weakening telecom infrastructure no one gave a hear to that. May be because of the reason that, over the years Credit Suisse had inclined a lot towards bureaucracy. The news is confirmed now. BT has bagged a five year long £578 million telecom outsourcing contract with Credit Suisse. Credit Suisse will hopefully spruce up its outdated telecom performance with the help of BT. The deal involves a transfer of 231 of the bank’s employee and 50 contractors to BT. Will they be on BT’s pay roll or Credit Suisse’s? We have no info on that.
