Knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) player Integreon Managed Solutions Inc. has purchased CBF Group Inc. This outsourcing firm has its niche on enterprise services to law firms. Ayala Corporation, one of the top names in outsourcing domain in Philippines (the firm is also Integreon's majority shareholder) financed the acquisition and future expansion capital. The amount of deal however is still unknown. The management is not experiencing any upside down (seems like Ayala has made acquisition a habit) and it is believed that upon completion of the acquisition the core management team from CBF will remain intact and will keep maintaining the day-to-day operations of the company's recently expanded North Dakota chapter.
