Philippines is witnessing a burgeoning demand for business office space for the outsourcing sector. If there is one sector that can take the real estate index of the country to astonishing height, its outsourcing undoubtedly. Real estate and property firm Megaworld Corp. is constructing a not less than 500,000 square meters of office space in the country in the next five years. Industry predicts the growth in the tune of a 20 to 30 percent. Not one or two, Megaworld is building almost half a dozen outsourcing and call center buildings within Eastwood City CyberPark in Quezon City. Eastwood City is the Philippines' very first IT park accredited by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority.
