Hmm…that sounds real interesting, we all read how outsourcing companies undertake measures to stop attrition rates, but this one goes one step further….must say a good move done strategically. TeleTech, a US based outsourcing firm is offering not only an opportunity to undertake MBA degree for its employees (that’s not all new and avant garde, even GE, American Express, Vertex follow this model) but also offering its employees with car loan facilities. Certainly, the rates will be much lower than the prevailing market rates.
Not bad, if you are a BPO aspirant, you have a career upgrading option here (MBA Scholarship program) and tuition (covers almost all the costs)…good..yeah
