Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is doing quite good. It has reported a healthy 12 percent increase in net profit for 2006. That’s not all, it’s been strongly believed that the first quarter of 2007 is going to experience nothing less than 20% growth.   

Amidst comes this news, quite amusingly though, that ADCB will deploy ATM service provider NCR Corporation to get the entire ATM management done. NCR Corporation however it seems does not have infrastructural strength to remote monitoring entire ADCB’s ATM network on 24*7 basis.

So the task is sub-outsourced to Gasper.

ADCB, under this agreement will also have access to NCR@YourService and incident management dashboard along with couple of web based portals set to deliver real time information on the exact performance and superior service matrix of its ATMs.
