Market Leaders: India, China (no prize for guessing), Argentina (surprising, any guess some big contracts the country won very recently, doing it without hoo haa probably or I am missing some action Big time???), Russia (Fair enough)
Active Participants (More enthusiasm, lack of experience and scale): Vietnam, Egypt and Chile.
New Countries (Babies, listed alphabetically so that no one cries): Algeria, Bahrain, Kenya, Madagascar, Malta, Moldova, Saudi Arabia and Uganda.
Fluid List (Countries with less than average progress): El Salvador, South Korea, Panama, Peru and Taiwan. Puerto Rico.
Surprise, surprise, Philippines is not featured anywhere in the list. Did not they participate?
