If you ask me why this man, Subramaniam Ramadorai, CEO of India’s biggest software consulting and outsourcing service company, Tata Consultancy Service (TCS) have not become the face of his company like his larger than life counterparts Azim Premzi (Wipro) and Narayan Murthy (Infosys), I possibly can not give you a comprehensive footnote. May be it’s the underlying policy of Tata Group or possibly the man himself does not feel comfortable in giving sound bytes on almost all the matters on earth, from five year national child education program to why one state should or should not get a stipulated percent of water from a hotly debated river. I am not saying its good or bad, it’s just that we don’t find him on occasions like this.

In this context, Subramaniam Ramadorai’s tête-à-tête with cnet news carries much more importance (you know than whom), he may not be swashbuckling out there; mostly micro in nature this interview is a must read.
I will discuss this interview in another blog. Because that’s altogether a different angle.
