Deutsche Telekom is in the midst of some unpleasant happenings. One way it is demanding €1.2 billion from Polish utility company Elektrim in an eight-year outsourcing dispute and on the other hand it has to face 8000 irate employee whoa re staging a warning strike against plans to outsourcing of jobs. The German telecommunications heavyweight is in serious talks with ver.di (trade union) over plans to offshore 50,000 jobs. For this purpose Deutsche Telekom is going to create an altogether new company called T-Service. Mostly the company will take in people in the entry level wages. The newly formed company, officials feel will spruce up levels of service.
