Practice of outsourcing infrastructure took momentum from 2003, since then according to Aberdeen that worldwide IT spending really started picking up. IN 2003, Ericsson surprised everyone by outsource its worldlwide IT infrastructure to Hewlett Packard.
Now many a big names are outsourcing good parts of their IT infrastructure to save resource and get things done quickly and cheap, Aberdeen envisages in its latest finding that heavyweight organizations will continue to set themselves apart from others by gaining considerable increase in worker productivity and end-user contentment.
