In its first ever e-learning solution for outsourcing companies Oracle will deliver ‘a complete, scalable and open infrastructure solution’ that will enable customers (here, the BPO workers) to manage, deliver and track their own improvement (or lack of it) online or through class room based environments.
To deliver this iLearning solution (which is being deployed each year to train more than 600,000 in more than 60 countries) Oracle will be partnering with Quistor (they could have call themselves, Questor, what say??? Its about knowledge after all, no?) to leverage the learning management system, hosting, learning administration services and reporting in one platform. Among others, this open system solution integrates other functions like HR and financial systems.
