
When B-school graduates get into the corporate world for the first time they are being told by the management in training classes, unlearn to learn more. Here, in this extensive study undertaken by Unisys asks company employees to get rid of its perception about outsourcing. That they should get rid of misconceptions and myths like outsourcing is just about cost saving (the study has found out that half of the large organizations that it surveyed spends more than 50% more on end user services than 2001) or that outsourcing seldom means letting go control and suppleness, or that it always falls short to deliver results relevant to business or IT strategy.
The IDG Research commissioned by Unisys found that majority of respondents failed to realize the true business worth of outsourcing or its intangible benefits after basic matrix of cost savings
