
It looks like Poland is losing its positioning in the outsourcing and manufacturing world. Principally there are two reasons which may probably in the future act like the death knell. One of them is constantly rising wage level and the other (ad more important factor) is shortage of skilled workers. When Poland joined the European Union in 2004 German workers felt the country will take away with their jobs. But the scene didn’t turn upside down completely. Gone are the days when Poland used to be a prime low wage destination.
