
Chinese software industry is going great guns. The Chinese software industry's outsourcing market has reached US$1.43 billion. That is up by 55.4 percent from the 2006. It is believed that (in the mainstream that is where manufacturing holds more prominence) the software outsourcing service of China has become the newest growth point of China's software industry. Electronic Products Management Department from the Ministry of Information Industry (MII) has unveiled these facts at the 2007 China (Wuxi) Software Exports (outsourcing) Forum which was held in Wuxi, Jiangxi Province.
China's software outsourcing industry has clocked a 52.1 percent growth from 2001 to 2004. The value of the market has actually gone from US$180 million in 2001 to US$633 million in 2004. Industry analysts predict that China's roaring software outsourcing market will develop rapidly with a healthy annual growth rate of 48.4 percent from 2005 to 2009. By 2009 it has been predicted that the China's market value of software outsourcing services will go up to US$4.56 billion.
