Indian IT heavyweight Infosys Technologies has scored top in overall strategy in applications outsourcing (AO) among North American AO providers. The result has been published in Forrester Research’s (the leading management consulting and research firm) “Forrester Wave: North American Applications Outsourcing” Q1 report.
Infosys, India's second largest software exporter after Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has managed to pull off this credit on the basis of its robust backing of good reputation for cultural fit among North American clientele along with its proven capability in the AO space.
