Lloyds TSB, one of Great Britain's leading financial services groups has inked a multi-million pound outsourcing deal with Ceridian. The deal is extension between seven year long agreement between Lloyd TSB and Ceridian which has been extended for five more years. Ceridian is one of the biggest human resource service providers in the world. The agreement covers the provision of outsourced payroll services cover across Lloyd TSB's 98,000 staff and pensioners in the UK.

Lloyds TSB will be receiving fully-managed HR payroll services from Ceridian being delivered by experienced teams which is based in Bristol and Birmingham.

Last week Lloyds TSB has sold its registrars business to Advent International for 550 million pounds.
