See, what US Forest Service has done. Dumb. They actually ended up paying nine times more than the normal expenditure for outsourcing. Ha….height of dumbness. Can anyone plese tell me, how does this organization run. All the management live in forest? Catching fish, picnic, romance under full moon…that's what they do?? Reader, do you know any one from the department, I want to join US Forest Service, I mean it.
I want to join US Forest Service because I know I can spend money just like that, I can spend $100 over lunch and can convince my senior that in the process I can save a substantial amount of money in the long run from my lunch budget which is $25.

I've read a few of your posts and can see that you're a big fan of outsourcing. I understand that this trend is to be expected in a global economy, but you seem to be such a fan that I wonder how biased you are. Specifically, your writing style and grammar lead me to believe that English is not your first language and that you may hail from one of the countries that is most benefiting from outsourcing. Would you care to comment on this? Thank you.
