National Pen Company is growing. For past few months there have been rumors that the company will take a decision to recruit more agents for its call center in Shelbyville. And expectedly it has done so. The vice president of the company has informed that the call center will add close to 100 jobs but also will move some jobs to the head office which is based in San Diego. Shelbyville based call center will now house more than 600 heads and after renovation the size of the call center will be 30,000 square feet.
