I wonder whether across the world all the companies are rethinking about their outsourcing in-house IT department? Information Technology understandably is one of the most important ingredients of the business process that require the very newest technical competence and that also at par with the global standard. It’s very easy to become outdated in the field of information technology. Companies know that. They know it for sure that they cannot constantly upgrade their employees with the latest IT knowledge, which probably they are lacking right now. Or probably, the skill sets for which they are recruited at the time of recruitment have already become obsolete.
I have here some reasons why IT is better managed by an outside vendor than an internal IT department. (Please remember neither I stand for outsourcing nor I stand against, I have no personal bias, I am just stating the reasons as they are)
