As the RPO or recruitment process outsourcing industry is ready to take a giant leap, there are already some players have got into the field to extract the most out of the market. These RPO posers either have re-branded their services to certain extent or simply have opened new shops on rosy speculations.

It is customers, however, who will have to decide the grain from the chaff. This is very much needed also (and should not be taken lightly while selecting the provider) as RPO heavily affects organization's business long terms business plans and strategies.

Over the past few years RPO market is dominated by segments like IT, financial, retail, hotel and tourism, insurance and golden engineering branches (civil, mechanical and electrical). But now the trend seems to be gaining ground across verticals. Also from big and gigantic multinational companies, smaller to medium sized companies are also seeking out RPO solutions. Big companies are doing it more now, a US study states in next two years 58% of Fortune 2000 companies will leverage outsourced employment plan.
