Taipei is doing great in manufacturing outsourcing space. Its solely because of growing outsourcing orders for notebooks and PCs that Taipei export rose by healthy 11.92%. In April, Taipei clocked US$27.46 billion in export orders which represents an increase of 11.27 percent from 2006 April. The ministry is expecting double digit growth for export orders for the following month.
Taiwan also falls under the network of Chinese chain along with HongKong and Singapore for technology, capital, quality control, product design, manufacturing equipment and raw materials or components.
No wonder that the exporters in the country are buoyant with optimism.
