
There are something in this world (which money cant buy…haha…I am sounding like a sponsored writer to a credit card company) which we love even though they are not as trendy or glitzy or so called ‘cool’, but still we love it, adore it and cherish it. Your neighborhood cake shop may not be as meticulously colorfully designed as the downtown one, but still it is dear to you. Your university email id may not be as user friendly or as multi utility say like Gmail or Yahoo Mail but it has its own charm.
Days are probably not far when university will start outsourcing their email service to professional mass companies. Like Google’s Gmail.

UC Santa Cruz is tossing around the idea of outsourcing its e-mail services to Google and replacing the university's CruzMail system with the popular Gmail, which would include a variety of glitzy new features already familiar to many college students.
Google says its new offering for colleges, called Google Apps for Education and launched last fall, can provide UCSC students with e-mail, instant messaging, calendars and personalized Web page creation with less of the hassle of installing and maintaining the current software and hardware on campus.
