It's now established that Eastern Europe has become a lucrative outsourcing destination for blue chip companies and oh boy, aren't they robustly successful this year. Amongst them most sparkling is Ukraine. Look at this stat, according to a research and consulting firm Ukraine's outsourcing market has garnered $246 million business in 2006. The country grew exponentially in the time period while recording a whopping 47% growth.
More than 30,000 IT graduates have been hitting the sector every year for past few years. And what's more unlike other relatively better successful Eastern European countries and India, Ukraine does not want to be a victim of its own success. The prices, salary index are in moderately in check and IT professionals are not leaving the country in hoards like before.
Ukraine has become the favorite outsourcing zone for Germany. German clients constitute 6% of all offshore outsourcing resources in Ukraine.
