Earlier NASSCOM from India has pegged the LPO (Legal Process Outsourcing) industry at $3-4 billion. Though the prediction is rosy not many BPO or KPO firms are undertaking LPO processes. In fact, one NASSCOM official said the other day that one couple of top Indian BPOs out of top 10 are into it. But now it seems, big players are also showing interest into the sector. Wipro and Infosys are studying the model and may enter into the fray in near future. ![]()
However, HR managers feel that problems will be to find out pool of qualified talents from similar kind of processes.
