AT&T has got back some call center process from Covergys call center in India. The call center in Gurgaon was strggling to meet up the quality standard for quite some time, last year AT&T took the final call and decided withdraw one of the processes from Convergys.
Now the news is that AT&T will hire 200 call center agents at Wheeling Call
Center. Though the agents will work on which process has nopt been disclosed as of yet, it seems like some of the works will e directly be transferred from India.
SundayGazetteMail writes AT&T West Virginia will add 200 more jobs in the Northern Panhandle next year, the company announced on Monday.
AT&T will open a call center in the new Highlands Development complex in Wheeling.
The Ohio County Development Authority has agreed to build a new building called the Lifestyle Center and will lease 45,000 square feet on the second floor to AT&T. The building is scheduled to open in the second or third quarter of 2008.
