
Action is breezing storngly in AT&T’s newest call center which is situated in Louisville on West Chestnut Street. AT&T HR department has started working on filling up 350 vacancies. The call center will give customer support to the AT&T's Internet subscibers. The new center in Louisville is expected to start opearion later this fall.
The most starnge part about this call center is, the positions were earlier handled by overseas call center agents. Though no clear indications have been given on this, insiders believe that the positions were earlier handled by Convergys’ Delhi office.
