Another outsourcing consulting company, a combo rather (don’t blame them, they only testify the fact that the industry going from strength to strength) has come out with something useful. Unlike those studies where after crawling continents they deliver findings like ‘cost’ is not the only factor companies consider outsourcing. 
Sourcing consultancy, Quantum Plus and international law firm Bird & Bird tried to “identify the factors that promote the success of outsourcing arrangements during their lifecycle and the issues that can cause problems. These top tips result from this survey.”
Lets a take a look at them point wise. Good for academic tests, surely.
