Support services company Mouchel Parkman, which takes care of thousands of miles of motorways in UK has bought local government outsourcing player HBS (formerly Hyder Business Services) from private equity firm Terra Firma for £46.2million. It seems the relationship between Mouchel Parkman and HBS are going really strong because both of them share a £300 million twelve year long Unity Partnership signed last year. 
HBS not only performs low end outsourcing services like customer contacts and back office work, but it also has a significant presence in high-end white collar outsourcing and IT services like SAP systems integration, revenues and benefits etc.
