
The high powerd demand has remained super strong for outsourcing of IT services, but buyers, it seems are getting more and more demanding on each passing day. They are asking more (off course with straight face, unapologetically) more from their partners in crime.
The revelation has come from the advisory firm, Alsbridge. Alsbridge has surveyed 300 corporate buyers and has come to the conclusion that quality has remained a big concern for companies which are using offshore service providers.
The good part is clients are achieving their goals like cost reduction, on time delivery etc. The not so good part of the story is however, hard to measure gap between benefits sought and realised like innovation, speed and flexibility.
